Data‑driven marketing professional responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns to boost user engagement, reactivation, and long‑term retention across multiple markets.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch multi‑channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push) that drive user engagement, re‑activation, and retention.
- Segment audiences using behavioral and demographic data to deliver personalized lifecycle messaging.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to align messaging with product releases and business goals.
- Monitor key retention metrics, generate regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights for strategy refinement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and email service providers.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to write SQL queries and interpret data to inform campaign decisions.
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to measure impact.
- Excellent communication and project‑management abilities, with a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
