About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse customer behaviour across web, mobile and CRM channels to generate actionable insights for senior digital leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Python and data‑visualisation tools to track performance and retention metrics.
- Design, execute and optimise CRM campaigns and marketing‑automation workflows to improve customer engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with product, UX and merchandising teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations for online experience enhancements.
- Monitor and report on key digital KPIs, including acquisition, conversion, churn and lifetime value.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, digital analytics or a similar data‑focused role within retail or e‑commerce.
- Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language such as Python for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or comparable web‑analytics platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with marketing‑automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
