Manage and optimize the company's CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity, seamless integrations, and effective user support while delivering actionable reports and automating key business processes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, including user provisioning, security roles, and custom object configurations.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and validation rules.
- Design, implement, and monitor workflow automations and process builders to streamline sales and service operations.
- Develop and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision‑making.
- Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 support to CRM users, troubleshooting issues and delivering training as needed.
- Coordinate data integrations with external systems using APIs, ETL tools, and SQL queries.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience administering Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for reporting and integration tasks.
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, security, and best practices for data hygiene.
- Experience building workflow automations, process builders, or Power Automate flows.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude for user support and training.
