Technical Project Manager who designs, implements, and maintains mission‑critical network infrastructure, leveraging Python automation, AWS cloud services, and IaC to ensure high‑availability connectivity for enterprise customers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design, deployment, and operation of high‑capacity fiber and Ethernet networks across North America and Europe.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash) and Infrastructure‑as‑Code pipelines to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and incident response.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including network engineers, cloud architects, and product owners—to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
- Implement and manage cloud‑based services (AWS) for network telemetry, analytics, and secure data transport.
- Define and enforce best practices for reliability, security, and performance, conducting root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in network systems engineering or related infrastructure roles.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and Linux system administration.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, CloudWatch) and Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Demonstrated project management skills, including Agile methodologies and stakeholder communication.
- Strong understanding of fiber optics, Ethernet, MPLS, and related transport technologies.
