Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of high‑availability data center and cloud infrastructure, ensuring 100% uptime and optimal performance across interconnected environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement resilient data center and cloud solutions that meet stringent uptime and performance targets.
- Design and manage network interconnections, including SD‑WAN, MPLS, and direct cloud links, to ensure low latency and high reliability.
- Collaborate with security, operations, and business teams to assess risk, develop mitigation strategies, and enforce best practices.
- Monitor infrastructure health, analyze performance metrics, and proactively address capacity and scalability challenges.
- Lead incident response and root‑cause analysis for critical outages, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data center operations, cloud architecture, or related fields.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and automation (Ansible, Terraform).
- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of designing high‑availability systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross‑functional teams.
