Position Overview Hasbro’s Global Development Organization is seeking a Digital Asset Administrator to join its Digital Asset Management (DAM) team and work onsite at our Shenzhen office. Reporting to the Associate Manager of Digital Assets, this role is pivotal in supporting DAM processes and workflows. Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, including written and verbal communication, is required to support collaboration with Shenzhen-based partners and U.S.-based teams.

The administrator ensures the secure, timely delivery of approved digital assets through content management systems, while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and customer service. This position requires a strong foundation in creative design tools and production workflows, including experience with software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

The position requires collaboration with multiple departments, including Project Management, Design, Engineering, Legal, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of graphic assets to OpenText Media Manager (OTMM). Success in this position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, knowledge of digital workflows, proficiency with graphic software and Excel, and a customer-service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities 核心职责 Graphic File Management and Preflight Support

• Prepare and thoroughly inspect final graphic files to ensure compliance with detailed print and production requirements, including resolution, color fidelity, and file format standards.
• Collaborate seamlessly with Design and Project Management teams to evaluate project readiness before finalization, ensuring a smooth transition through the approval process within the digital workflow system.
• Use creative design software and project management applications, including tools such as Adobe Suite, to inspect, verify, and support the preparation of graphic assets.
