Title: Credit Repair Consultant Virtual Assistant
Overview
This established and fully bonded credit repair company is seeking a Credit Repair Consultant Virtual Assistant to support client consultations, lead follow-up, onboarding, and customer support activities. This role combines warm lead follow-up, client communication, administrative support, and sales support responsibilities. The VA will speak directly with clients by phone, chat, and virtual consultation, helping explain the credit repair process and guiding clients through onboarding and account management. This is a voice-heavy, fast-paced role best suited for candidates who are confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Credit repair experience is a plus, but not required. Full training will be provided.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Client Communication & Consultations
● Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and active clients ● Review and discuss client credit reports at a high level ● Explain the credit repair process and available services clearly and professionally ● Communicate clearly with clients and help resolve questions or concerns
Lead Follow-Up & Sales Support
● Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects through the sales process ● Assist with outbound lead follow-up activities ● Support the internal sales team with scheduling and communication ● Conduct cold lead outreach activities during downtime through phone calls, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other assigned outreach methods Client Onboarding & Administrative Support ● Maintain accurate client records within the CRM ● Update account information and document interactions properly ● Assist with onboarding and account setup processes ● Support day-to-day administrative workflows related to client management Team Coordination ● Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to support client success ● Follow established workflows and communication standards ● Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
