About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee AI/ML model deployment pipelines from development to production across AWS/GCP environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver high‑impact outcomes on schedule.
- Ensure robust monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of deployed models.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, gathering feedback, providing technical guidance, and driving adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML operations or related fields, with a proven track record in large‑scale deployments.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry is a plus.
