Lead Coupa platform administration, bridging global procurement and technology to optimize processes, integrations, and reporting. Drive system enhancements, data integrity, and user support in a hybrid environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Global Procurement and the Coupa platform, ensuring alignment of business requirements with system capabilities.
- Manage day‑to‑day platform administration, including user provisioning, role management, and security configuration.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data exports using SQL and Coupa’s reporting tools.
- Coordinate and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, finance, and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Provide end‑user training, support, and documentation to maximize platform adoption and efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Coupa or similar spend‑management platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and report creation.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical solutions to business stakeholders.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
