About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze financial data for revenue, expenses, and service statistics across hospital and clinic operations.
- Maintain and administer the Decision Support Software, ensuring data integrity, system updates, and user support.
- Generate detailed cost and financial reports for executive and management teams to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor and validate data accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cost accounting and financial analysis within a healthcare environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
- Hands‑on experience with decision support or business intelligence software.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
