About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tier‑2/3 support for Windows Server, Linux, and network infrastructure across the organization.
- Administer Active Directory, group policies, and user account management to maintain secure access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end‑users and remote sites.
- Implement and maintain virtualization solutions (VMware/Hyper‑V) and cloud services to support business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy updates, patches, and new technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and basic cloud concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer‑service skills.
