Paid Time Off:

Position Summary:
The role of Corporate Counsel – M&A and Corporate Affairs contributes to our growing in-house legal team and works on complex issues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Associate General Counsel. This role provides legal advice and counsel to development, strategy, finance and operations teams throughout the organization on acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, de novo developments, divestitures, equity investments and other sophisticated transactions, as well corporate governance, entity management, commercial finance and tax matters.
Work Schedule: This role is offered on a fully remote basis allowing the Corporate Counsel – M&A and Corporate Affairs to be based anywhere in the country.
