Systems Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of digital and automation solutions for core operations, leveraging RPA, Python, and cloud services to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the digital automation strategy for core operations, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Python to streamline high‑volume, repetitive processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate automation workflows with existing ERP and data platforms, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Lead Agile delivery teams, managing sprints, backlogs, and stakeholder communication to achieve rapid, iterative releases.
- Monitor performance metrics, conduct root‑cause analysis, and continuously optimize automated processes for scalability and cost reduction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation or automation leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or life‑science environment.
- Proficiency in Python scripting and UiPath RPA development, with a strong understanding of SQL and data manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and deploying automation solutions in a secure, compliant environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Agile teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver complex projects on time.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and change‑management skills.
