Key Responsibilities
- Build and configure voice agents on VersaTalk and Retell, translating approved scopes into functional conversation flows.
- Integrate agents with contact‑center platforms such as NICE CXone, ensuring smooth data exchange and call routing.
- Develop and refine prompts, dialogue scripts, and fallback strategies to maximize user engagement and task completion.
- Monitor live agent performance, analyze conversation logs, and iterate on design to improve accuracy, response time, and scope compliance.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high‑quality voice solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience building voice AI agents on platforms like VersaTalk, Retell, or similar.
- Strong understanding of conversational design principles, prompt engineering, and dialogue management.
- Hands‑on experience integrating voice agents with contact‑center solutions such as NICE CXone.
- Excellent analytical skills for monitoring agent performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Effective communication skills to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
