Software Engineer
Engineer advanced conversational AI solutions and CCaaS integrations using Python, Node.js, and AWS, driving intelligent customer interactions and scalable contact center platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents and chatbots that integrate with CCaaS platforms.
- Implement NLP pipelines and machine learning models to enhance intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management.
- Build and maintain scalable microservices on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB) to support real‑time customer interactions.
- Collaborate with product, UX, and data teams to iterate on conversational flows and improve user experience.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of AI services, ensuring high availability and low latency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on conversational AI or contact center solutions.
- Experience with NLP frameworks (e.g., spaCy, Rasa, Dialogflow) and machine learning model deployment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team.
