Lead the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex plant power and control systems, driving technical excellence and skill development across the engineering team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of electrical and instrumentation systems for large‑scale plant projects.
- Serve as primary administrator and troubleshooter for plant power and control infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain sustainable skill‑development programs for E&I engineers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate PLC, SCADA, and safety‑instrumentation systems.
- Apply advanced engineering analysis to optimize performance, reliability, and safety.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA, and power system design.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in a plant environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
