About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and implement control systems for new data center deployments, ensuring seamless integration with power, cooling, and networking infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—software, hardware, network, and supply chain—to define capacity requirements and validate design specifications.
- Analyze performance data to optimize power usage effectiveness (PUE) and cooling efficiency, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including control schematics, test plans, and operational procedures.
- Support troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for control system failures during construction and post‑commissioning phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data center controls, power, or cooling system design.
- Strong understanding of AWS infrastructure components and data center operations.
- Proficiency with PLC/SCADA programming and control system troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
