About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate control and diagnostic algorithms for aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
- Implement embedded firmware and PLC logic, integrating CAN bus communication and real‑time data acquisition.
- Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause investigations to improve system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on system architecture, integration, and test planning.
- Utilize MATLAB and Python for simulation, data analysis, and automated test scripts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in controls and diagnostics for aerospace or high‑reliability industries.
- Proficiency with embedded C/C++, PLC programming, and CAN bus protocols.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in FMEA, reliability engineering, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
