QA Engineer
Design, program, and maintain PLC‑based control systems and automation solutions for manufacturing equipment, leveraging SCADA, HMI, Python and LabVIEW to ensure reliable, high‑quality production of nutritional supplements.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and commission PLC logic for production equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Design and maintain SCADA/HMI interfaces for real‑time monitoring and operator control.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and Industrial IoT devices to enable data collection and predictive maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot automation issues and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Document control system architecture, wiring diagrams, and software versions in accordance with GMP requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field with 3+ years of automation experience.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent) and SCADA/HMI development.
- Hands‑on experience with Python or LabVIEW for scripting, data analysis, or test automation.
- Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA) and experience integrating IoT sensors.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work in a regulated manufacturing environment, and excellent documentation practices.
