Key Responsibilities
- Review and annotate commercial contracts to create high‑quality training data for AI models.
- Identify logical gaps and inconsistencies in agreements, providing clear annotations and feedback.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine model outputs and improve accuracy.
- Maintain documentation of annotation guidelines and best practices.
- Communicate progress and insights to stakeholders in concise reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, legal operations, or agreements specialist roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot reasoning gaps in complex documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data annotation tools is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently within a flexible 8–20 hour weekly schedule.
