We are seeking a dynamic Content Systems and AI Specialist as a key contributor on the Content Marketing team within Brand Marketing. In this role, you’ll focus on modernizing how content is created with an emphasis on improving speed, flexibility, scalability, and efficiency while maintaining high standards for creative quality, compliance, and brand execution.
As the Content Systems and AI Specialist, you'll be working closely with Content, Creative, Brand, Growth, and Digital Marketing leaders to build, document, and scale new editorial approaches, workflows, and tools. There is a strong emphasis on AI‑enabled content creation, lightweight automation, and reusable systems that support multichannel content production (e.g., web, paid media, email/lifecycle).
This is a hands-on, builder role for someone with strong creative instincts who is excited to apply emerging technology to real creative problems. This is not a pure technology role and not a project management role. The ideal candidate thrives on cross-functional collaboration, brings sound creative judgment, has creative or content experience, and brings curiosity about/passion for how tools, data, and systems can help teams create better work, faster.
