About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and best‑practice whitepapers.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and client teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Champion the adoption of AWS and DevOps practices, providing training and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze usage data to refine content strategy and improve user engagement.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with global Agile delivery processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing and content strategy for cloud and DevOps environments.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and DevOps tooling (CI/CD, containerization).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Experience working in Agile teams and delivering content in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
