About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to improve content performance and user engagement.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from web analytics, CMS, and internal tools.
- Develop dashboards and reports that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for content teams.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and editorial stakeholders to align testing strategies with business goals.
- Maintain and enhance data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure reliable, real‑time insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar scripting language).
- Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or comparable web analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems and the ability to translate data insights into content strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
