Seasoned Consulting Systems Engineer who designs, integrates, and secures complex solutions for government, healthcare, and commercial clients, leveraging cloud platforms, networking, and automation technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end technical solutions that meet mission‑critical requirements across government, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
- Lead integration of cloud services (primarily AWS) with on‑premise infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Perform network architecture, routing, and firewall configuration to support secure communications and data flow.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline deployment, configuration management, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience in solution engineering or systems integration.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), network design, and security best practices.
- Strong scripting abilities in Python and familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Security clearance or ability to obtain one for government projects is preferred.
