About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AIOps solutions to automate IT operations and enhance system reliability.
- Architect and deploy cloud-based infrastructures, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct security assessments and implement cybersecurity controls across data center environments.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize LAN architecture, improve network performance, and reduce latency.
- Provide technical guidance and training to client teams on best practices in systems engineering and cloud operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, cloud architecture, or AIOps implementation.
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking protocols.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and data center operations.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Effective communication and project management skills in a consulting environment.
