About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow HRSD solutions for enterprise clients.
- Act as trusted advisor on HR service management best practices, process redesign, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (HR, IT, business stakeholders) to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and validate solutions.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, conduct training sessions, and develop knowledge‑base documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and HRIS modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, ITSM frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proven track record delivering complex HR service management projects in a consulting environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Certified ServiceNow HRSD or related certifications preferred.
