About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support for Jupiter and Siebel applications, resolving incidents and service requests.
- Maintain data quality and integrity across integrated systems, performing data reconciliations and audits.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement process improvements and automation scripts.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, create knowledge base articles, and train end users on best practices.
- Monitor system performance, generate reports, and recommend capacity and configuration changes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise CRM platforms, preferably Siebel and Jupiter.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and middleware concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English.
