Consultants partner with defense and national‑security clients to redesign financial management processes, implement SAP solutions, and drive data‑driven performance improvements while managing change and ensuring compliance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing financial management structures and identify opportunities for process redesign and automation.
- Lead SAP implementation and optimization projects to improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
- Develop data‑analytics solutions (e.g., dashboards, visualizations) to enhance transparency and performance measurement.
- Facilitate change‑management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication plans.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with defense regulations and security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial management consulting, preferably within defense or government sectors.
- Proficiency with SAP financial modules and data‑analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong project‑management and change‑management skills, with the ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
