- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align performance goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Apply Agile practices to manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights and recommendations.
- Support change management efforts by communicating performance results and fostering data‑driven culture.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics tools and KPI development.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into measurable performance metrics.
- Experience leading workshops and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and change‑management principles.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
