Lead end‑to‑end data and AI projects, designing scalable pipelines, building ML models, and deploying solutions on AWS for automotive data platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Apache Spark to ingest, transform, and store large volumes of automotive data.
- Build and deploy machine learning models on AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Glue) to deliver predictive insights for product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define data requirements, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Implement CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and monitoring for data and ML workloads.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices to enable knowledge transfer and scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering and machine learning within a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark for large‑scale data processing.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
