Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of administrators and engineers, ensuring effective execution of BAU tasks and project deliverables.
- Perform policy updates, rule modifications, and conduct system health checks to maintain platform stability and performance.
- Implement performance tuning and troubleshooting strategies to optimize system efficiency and uptime.
- Develop and deliver knowledge‑sharing sessions, building team capability and fostering continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders, aligning deliverables with SOW, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers for milestone tracking and risk mitigation across multiple security projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security administration, policy management, and performance tuning.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring technical teams.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Hands‑on experience with security tools, rule engines, and system monitoring platforms.
