As you acquire successful experience on projects and assignments, you will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of project work streams.

You will play a pivotal role in in helping our clients achieve their business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and delivering complex strategy and transformation projects for Defence and Security clients, focusing on business process analysis and optimisation.
• Identifying and documenting risks and issues readily and effectively and providing recommendations for mitigation.
• Reviewing and analysing datasets to generate business insights and provide recommendations.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Conducting thorough research and analysis, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic recommendations.
• Identifying business needs and documenting detailed requirements.
• Collaborating with other workstreams to identify key dependencies across work.
• Designing and facilitating engaging workshops, interviews, and meetings, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Generating analysis and insight: executing rigorous and insightful analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy development and change.
• Developing compelling presentations and reports that clearly articulate findings, recommendations, and potential impact – and having the ability to adapt presentations to the audience required.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with client leads and stakeholders to understand their problems and support long-term development.
