About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium with Java or Python.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with development and business teams in Agile sprints to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, regression, and performance test suites, analyze results, and report defects.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices for test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in automation testing, preferably in a consulting or large‑scale enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Java or Python programming and Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and containerization concepts.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test‑driven development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
