Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain predictive risk models and credit scoring algorithms for real‑estate secured lending portfolios.
- Collaborate with risk analysts, credit officers, and technology teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Implement machine‑learning pipelines and statistical analyses using Python and SQL to improve decision‑making accuracy.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports that communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise and consultative guidance on data‑driven strategies within the Risk Analytics and Credit Decisioning function.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
- Experience building statistical or machine‑learning models in a financial or credit risk environment.
- Solid understanding of risk analytics concepts, credit decisioning processes, and real‑estate secured lending.

- Excellent communication and consultative skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
