About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary construction representative for colocation and build‑to‑suit data center projects, coordinating with landlords, contractors, and Meta teams.
- Oversee shell and core construction, critical infrastructure systems, and tenant improvement work to meet Meta’s technical specifications and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and change orders, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
- Conduct regular site inspections, resolve construction issues, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations to align construction activities with data center design and operational needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction management experience in data center or large‑scale commercial projects.
- Deep understanding of critical infrastructure systems (power, cooling, networking) and tenant improvement processes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex schedules, budgets, and regulatory frameworks.
