About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring technical specifications and quality standards are met.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Act as the primary technical liaison, resolving design and construction issues and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in large infrastructure or utility environments.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and BIM tools.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and experience implementing safety programs.
