Security Engineer
DevSecOps consultant driving secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and security tooling in a fast‑paced agile squad. Focus on diagnosing deployment, infrastructure, and security issues, and delivering actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot delivery, deployment, and infrastructure issues with a security focus.
- Design, develop, and maintain internal security tools and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement security controls and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on secure architecture, CI/CD pipeline hardening, and incident response.
- Document findings, recommendations, and implementation plans for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles, with hands‑on CI/CD pipeline management.
- Strong knowledge of security tools (e.g., SAST, DAST, IaC scanners) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly.
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary squads and delivering actionable security improvements.
