Software Engineer
Lead a configuration engineering team, designing and automating infrastructure using Python, Ansible, Terraform and CI/CD pipelines on Linux environments while driving best practices and mentoring engineers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated configuration management solutions for cloud and on‑premise infrastructure.
- Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, repeatable deployments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define standards, enforce security policies, and improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies, recommending adoption to enhance scalability and maintainability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in configuration management and infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency with Python scripting and automation frameworks such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Strong background in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).
- Deep understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to mentor engineers and drive technical excellence.
