Design and build real‑time computer vision inspection systems for manufacturing lines using Python, OpenCV, and deep learning frameworks, integrating industrial cameras and RTSP streams to detect defects and verify dimensions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop real‑time computer vision pipelines for automated inspection of production line components.
- Build inspection workflows for PCB inspection, surface defect detection, and dimensional verification.
- Integrate industrial/machine vision cameras, vision sensors, and RTSP/IP CCTV cameras into robust inspection systems.
- Implement and optimize deep learning models (TensorFlow/PyTorch) for defect classification and anomaly detection.
- Deploy and maintain inspection solutions at client plants, ensuring high reliability and low latency.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in OpenCV and deep learning libraries.
- Hands‑on experience with industrial cameras, vision sensors, and RTSP streaming.
- Proficiency in designing and training CNNs for defect detection and dimensional measurement.
- Knowledge of PCB inspection and surface defect analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
