Provide end‑user technical support for computer systems and AV equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of video‑conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, leveraging strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users in a timely manner.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment and video‑conferencing solutions, primarily Microsoft Teams.
- Provide clear, written and verbal communication to users, documenting incidents and resolutions.
- Apply ITIL best practices for incident management and service request fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement system upgrades and ensure compliance with security policies.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or CompTIA Network+.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and AV equipment setup/troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
