Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions using Python, SQL, and AWS services.
• Collaborate with product managers and end‑users to gather requirements, automate data workflows, and deliver actionable insights.
• Model complex datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for advanced analytics.
• Implement best practices for performance, security, and maintainability across the data stack.
• Document solutions, provide technical guidance, and support cross‑functional teams in data‑driven decision making.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with AWS data services (e.g., Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena) and pipeline orchestration.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a research or scientific computing environment is a plus.
