About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and author rigorous, concept‑driven computer science problems that test the reasoning capabilities of large language models.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess model performance on advanced topics such as algorithms, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and databases.
- Run systematic experiments, analyze results, and provide detailed feedback for model fine‑tuning.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate evaluation findings into model improvement pipelines.
- Document methodologies, findings, and recommendations in clear technical reports.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science (completed or near completion) with strong expertise in algorithms, systems, security, or databases.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine‑learning libraries or AI model APIs.
- Hands‑on experience evaluating or fine‑tuning large language models (e.g., GPT‑style architectures).
- Ability to formulate complex, domain‑specific test cases and interpret model reasoning.
