Computer Operations Analyst - Regional COSA 26-118

As a Computer Operations Analyst – Regional COSA, you will provide technical support and analysis for computer operations and infrastructure. This includes monitoring and analyzing system performance, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer operations, IT service management, and cloud computing principles, as well as experience with Python and AWS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in computer operations, IT service management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of computer operations, IT service management, and cloud computing principles.
• Experience with Python and AWS.
• ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
