Systems Engineer
Network and System Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure, high‑performance network infrastructure and servers across multiple training locations, using Cisco, Linux, Windows Server, and VPN technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement VPN and secure remote access solutions for staff, trainers, and students.
- Analyze network traffic, capacity, and performance metrics; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support and training to end users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in network and system administration.
- Hands‑on experience with Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) and Windows Server (2016/2019).
- Knowledge of VPN technologies, firewalls, and network security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
