Software Engineer
Hardware & Networking Engineer responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN and basic server administration, while ensuring reliable IT equipment and CCTV systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues across the organization.
- Perform system upgrades, hardware replacements, and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
- Support LAN/WAN network infrastructure, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance problems.
- Assist with basic server administration tasks and ensure server hardware reliability.
- Maintain CCTV systems and other IT-related equipment, ensuring proper operation and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hardware support and desktop troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts and tools.
- Basic server administration skills and familiarity with server hardware.
- Experience with printer, scanner, and peripheral device maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets efficiently.
