Software Engineer
Lead and execute technical efforts in IV&V for safety‑critical flight and ground systems, developing and testing software, simulations, digital twins, and AI solutions to enhance mission success.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate software and applications for flight and ground systems, ensuring compliance with safety and mission-critical requirements.
- Lead IV&V analyses, including risk assessment, test planning, and execution to verify system integrity and performance.
- Create and maintain high-fidelity simulations and digital twin models to support design validation and operational testing.
- Integrate artificial intelligence techniques to improve system capabilities, data analysis, and decision‑making processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical specifications, review design documents, and provide expert guidance on engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IV&V, safety‑critical software development, and system validation.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with experience in simulation and AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of digital twin concepts, modeling tools, and data‑driven analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
