We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compute Optimization Researcher/Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our research and engineering team, you will be responsible for conducting research and developing innovative solutions to optimize compute resources for our AI applications. You will work closely with our software engineering team to design, develop, and deploy optimized compute solutions that meet the needs of our AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on optimization techniques and algorithms to improve compute resource utilization.
- Develop and implement optimized compute solutions using Python, AWS, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with software engineering team to design and develop optimized compute systems.
- Work with data scientists to understand AI application requirements and develop optimized compute solutions.
- Conduct experiments and analyze results to evaluate the effectiveness of optimized compute solutions.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in research and development of optimization techniques and algorithms.
- Strong background in machine learning and AI applications.
- Experience with AWS and cloud computing platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
