About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed CAD models for complex structural components.
- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate stress, strain, and deformation under various loading conditions.
- Analyze simulation results, interpret data, and produce actionable insights for design improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate virtual testing findings into product development cycles.
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and results in clear technical reports.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and FEA tools (e.g., Abaqus, ANSYS).
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
- Solid understanding of structural mechanics and material behavior.
