About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate predictive and statistical models using Python, R, and SQL to address clinical and research questions.
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and informatics teams to translate data insights into actionable healthcare solutions.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations that communicate complex findings to multidisciplinary audiences.
- Manage large, heterogeneous datasets from electronic health records, genomics, and imaging sources, ensuring data quality and compliance.
- Document methodologies, produce reproducible code, and contribute to peer‑reviewed publications or internal reports.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience applying machine‑learning techniques and statistical analysis to biomedical or health‑care data.
- Proficiency in Python and R for data manipulation, modeling, and visualization (e.g., pandas, scikit‑learn, ggplot2).
- Strong SQL skills for querying relational databases and handling large‑scale health datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical research environment.
