About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate composite structural models using advanced FEA techniques to support design decisions for aircraft components.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate material specifications, manufacturing constraints, and performance requirements into design solutions.
- Conduct failure analysis, fatigue assessment, and life‑cycle evaluation of composite structures to meet stringent aerospace standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, design reviews, and compliance reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency, reduce weight, and optimize cost of production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering with a focus on composites.
- 3+ years of experience in composite structural design and analysis within the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and failure mechanisms for composite systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
